Its always raining training throughout the year at Sethu and our train-ing program chugs along at a steady speed. We believe that it takes a village to raise a child. We are convinced that when we teach and facilitate learning in others, our own learning increases in manifold ways. In addition, our reach is multiplied. Our teaching comes from our experience – our doing and at times, un-doing. Our motto – Do. Learn. Pass it On.
For our work to be most effective, we need to empower parents, teachers & special educators, professionals, doctors. Heads of schools, caregivers in institutional homes, anganwadi teachers, supervisors and anyone who works with children. We want to share our own training and experiences to teach good practice and in our efforts to achieve this goal, we conduct many training programs and workshops in wide area of subjects related to child development all year round.
